We target 99.99% uptime for the Service. In the event of downtime exceeding this target, you may be eligible for service credits:

Monthly Uptime Credit
99.0% - 99.99% 10% of monthly fee
95.0% - 98.99% 25% of monthly fee
Below 95% 50% of monthly fee

Credits must be requested within 30 days of the downtime event and are applied to future billing, not refunded.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CIVIC SOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
